Under no circumstances will an entry be rolled over

You will be allowed to do an online substitution up until 2 weeks prior to the event.
Log in with your ID number and click on the Substitution button.

Refunds:

• 90% of entry fee is refunded if cancellation is done more than a month before the event
• 75% of entry fee is refunded if cancellation is done between 2 and 4 weeks before the event
• 0% of entry fee is refunded if cancellation is done less than 2 weeks prior to the event.
